Hoeveel paroxetine mag je hebben?
De aanbevolen dosering is 2 tabletten (40 mg paroxetine) per dag, met een begindosering van ½ tablet (10 mg paroxetine) per dag. Als het effect onvoldoende is, kan uw arts de dosering geleidelijk verhogen, in stappen van ½ tablet (10 mg paroxetine). De maximale dosering is 3 tabletten (60 mg paroxetine) per dag.
Hoe paroxetine opbouwen?
Meestal merk je na een week verbetering, maar dit kan ook langer duren. Als paroxetine onvoldoende effect heeft, kan de arts de dosering geleidelijk verhogen. Meestal wordt de dosis verhoogd met stappen van 10 mg tot maximaal 50 mg (tweeënhalf tablet 20 mg). De begindosering is één tablet van 20 mg per dag.
