Wat is beter DVD of Blu-Ray?
Blu-ray is de opvolger van de dvd. Dat is vijf keer zoveel als op een dvd. Hierdoor kunnen op een blu-ray films en series met High Definition (HD) beeld en geluid worden gezet. Dus zowel op beeld- als op geluidskwaliteit is blu-ray een reuzensprong voorwaarts ten opzichte van de dvd.

BluRay rips can by of any quality, though you can expect the quality to be at least equal to a Web-DL. It all depends on the goals of the person who encoded it. BluRay itself is uncompressed and therefore the best quality source possible.
Can I use BRRip on a DVD9?
BRRip are certainly prohibited there. Scene encodes are good enough to watch on laptop. Not quite sure for your last answer, I think it refers to the size of an encode. DVD9 is a DVD format, like DVD5 is, so here I guess it means that the rip is small enough to be burned and stored on a DVD9. phd does not allow BRRip, BDRip. Yarrr!
Is BDRip a Transcode or BRRip?
BDRips are not a transcode, but BRRips are. Neither by scene terms, but technically you could call them BDRip’s. There’s no answer really, some are better than scene encodes, and some are worse. Because BDRip is by definition SD and not HD content, P2P groups like those on Rutor often use scene terms incorrectly.
