Hoe heet de Å?
Geschiedenis. De letter å ontstond in de loop van de 15e eeuw in Zweden als vervanging van de dubbele aa, die gaandeweg niet meer als een oorspronkelijke lange a maar als een o werd uitgesproken.
Hoe moet je een umlaut typen?

What does œ mean in the Latin alphabet?
Œ (minuscule: œ) is a Latin alphabet grapheme, a ligature of o and e. In medieval and early modern Latin, it was used to represent the Greek diphthong οι and in a few non-Greek words, usages that continue in English and French.
