Is Gaster sans dad or brother?
No, not canonically. In fact, the game reveals almost nothing about Gaster, and he can only be reached by using a little hacking of game files. In most AUs, Gaster is considered to be the father of Sans and Papyrus.

Arial Raavi Hermann, or simply A.R. Hermann or Hermann, is the wife of W.D. Gaster and the mother of Sans and Papyrus.

Technically, they are not his sons, anyone ever wonder about their mother? They never had one. Sans and Papyrus were grown in test tubes, sans first which is why he came out with a natural 1 DEF and ATK. Papyrus after, ironing out most of sans mistakes.
Why does Gaster have holes in his hands?
Trivia. Gaster has holes in his hands which he uses for controlling and using his powers. Since Gaster has extremely unique powers, the holes in his hands get filled according to the power he’s using, so he can actually shoot powers from those holes and also shows what he’s using. He was naturally born with it.

Backstory. As the hands of time created The Multiverse, Error Gaster was made as the force of primordial destruction, and Ink Gaster was made as The Primordial Creation. Error Gaster was fine with his role, despite being forced to become a recluse.
Does Reaper Sans have a soul?
Toriel helped him, getting back his sanity. However, his soul is still not complete, and he is still partially insane. He is back to normal, for the most part. He still can become uncontrollable and temporarily crazy sometimes, though.
