Does Masamune fall in love with Aki?

Who is Masamune Makabe?
Masamune Makabe (真壁 政宗, Makabe Masamune) is the main protagonist of the manga series, Masamune-kun no Revenge. He comes back as a fit and handsome young man to get revenge on Aki Adagaki, the girl who had brutally hurt his heart. With the help of Yoshino, Aki’s maid, he’s looking for succession in breaking the Brutal Princess’ heart.
Is Adagaki Aki the antagonist to Masamune?
No, the antagonist is not Adagaki Aki, it’s just a random kid who looks like Masamune when he was fat, and he’s to take Adagaki Aki’s hand in marriage as some sort of business arrangement or something. So, this kid is an obstacle for Masamune to tackle so he can not get his revenge.
Who are the two maids in Masamune and Aki?
The former works as the wealthy Aki’s personal maid, who is motivated by her master’s mistreatment into helping Masamune with his devilish plan. She is voiced by Inori Minase. The other is a second childhood friend of Masamune’s who is reunited with the protagonist after a chance encounter with him and Aki. She is voiced by Suzuko Mimori.
What happens at the end of Masamune Kaisen?
In the end, she helps reunite Aki and Makabe together again. She easily accepted that Kanetsugu Gasou is the Masamune she used to love and hang out with in her childhood.
Why is Aki so cold towards Kanetsugu?
Later on, Aki asked Kanetsugu about “his” disappearance when “he” (Masamune) was young and Kanetsugu answers that it doesn’t matter since it all happened a long time ago. That makes Aki’s feelings towards Kanetsugu become much colder. In the later chapter she seems to be depressed about her which Kanetsugu has not yet realized.
