Does Sidney die at the end of Scream 4?
Jill betrays and kills Charlie, and stabs Sidney, before brutalizing herself to appear the “sole survivor”, but after arriving at hospital she discovers Sidney has survived. When Jill attempts to finally kill her cousin, Sidney manages to shoot her deranged cousin in the heart, killing her.
