Is a Corsair H60 good?
h60 is equal to the corsair 212 in terms of cooling. Those lower corsair loops are pretty much worthless as a decent air works better. Go with the h100 or higher.
Does Corsair H60 need water?
You cannot refill a H60, it is a closed loop designed for extremely minimal evaporation and should *never* need refilling. There are 2 likely issues affecting its performance: dust in the radiator/fans, or improperly applied thermal paste.
Is Corsair H60 loud?
