Are the Xbox 360 and Xbox One Bluetooth headsets compatible?
Yeah, they aren’t compatible because Xbox 360 used a proprietary protocol while the Xbox One is on Bluetooth.

Can I use my old instruments on the Xbox 360?
Currently no. Even if the games somehow become backward compatible Activision or Microsoft would have to create a device for you to use your old wireless instruments. The Xbox 360 and Xbox One work with different wireless frequencies, so your old instruments will not currently work with the system.
