Three methods exist for obtaining Celebi in Pokemon Soul Silver and Heart Gold, and these are special Pokemon events, performing certain actions in the game, and entering a special code. Pokemon events are held all around the world, and there are websites which track them.

To get Celebi use Action Replay…..This code gives you a lv 10 shiny Celebi but it replaces the first Pokemon in box 1, slot 1. So be sure to remove the Pokemon there or to put a low level Pokemon there. There really is going to be a gamestop event coming out in maybe april or may because it is about a month or 2 after the japanese event.
Is there a Nintendo event for Celebi in the games?
They have to have a Nintendo Event on the games for Celebi. It wouldn’t be fair if the people did what they did with Celebi in Gold, silver, & Crystal. They only did it with the japanese version (I think they only let you get it Crystal),unless I missed something.
How do you get the special Celebi in Rocket League?

When you have your Celebi, go to Ilex Forest and itneract with the shrine. When done, Lyra/Ethan will appear and talk to you. Soon after, Celebi starts glowing and throws you back in time.

I really need to know. There will be a pokemon wi-fi event where you receive celebi. once you recieve it, you take it to the ilex forest shrine, and it will take you back in time and show you your rival argueing with his father giovanni.
How do you get Celebi in Genshin Impact?
Come back after midnight in the game and he should be done examining it. There’ll be a cutscene where the trees shake & he says it’s coming from Ilex Forest. Make sure your team and items are stocked up and SAVE before you interact with the Shrine. Once you interact with it Celebi should appear & your chance to catch it is nigh.
