What is the Webkinz tag and the secret code?
The Webkinz tag and the Secret Code it contains is a valuable part of the Webkinz pet product. Each Webkinz pet comes with its own unique Secret Code and is contained in the tag that is securely attached to every pet when it is shipped to the original retailer.

Webkinz World® is a multi-award winning virtual world for boys and girls aged 6+. On Webkinz.com, players discover a whole world of fun, caring and learning, while they adopt and play with their pets, decorate rooms, play games, collect prizes, and chat with their friends!
Can I replace a lost or stolen Webkinz Pet?
Each Webkinz pet comes with its own unique Secret Code and is contained in the tag that is securely attached to every pet when it is shipped to the original retailer. Just as we cannot replace a lost Webkinz pet, we are unable to replace a lost Webkinz tag and the Secret Code that comes with it. The code doesn’t work.
How do I play with my Webkinz on the go?
You can play with your Webkinz on the go using the Webkinz mobile app, available for FREE from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Please note that not all games and features on Webkinz Classic are included on the Webkinz Classic mobile app.
Can you use the same adoption code for Webkinz next and classic?
HOWEVER, when you purchase our NEW Webkinz Next plush, each one comes with TWO Adoption Codes: one for Webkinz Next and one for Webkinz Classic. You can use these two codes to adopt the same pet onto both versions of the game.
What do I do if my Webkinz World is not working?
If you have a new code, and it’s not working, please go to the Webkinz World homepage and click on “Customer Support. Click “Adoption Issues” and choose the option that applies to you. My computer isn’t working/Webkinz World is slowing my computer down.
