Hoe kom ik in mijn Gmail account?

- Ga op je computer naar gmail.com.
- Geef het e-mailadres van je Google-account of je telefoonnummer en je wachtwoord op. Als er al informatie staat ingevuld en je wilt inloggen bij een ander account, klik je op Een ander account gebruiken.
Waarom kan ik niet inloggen op mijn Gmail account?
Als je het Google-wachtwoord hebt gewijzigd, open je de Google Play Store om aan te melden. Als het niet vraagt om een wachtwoord, volg je deze stappen voor het wissen van de cache voor de Gmail-app: Selecteer de Gmail-app. Tik op Opslagruimte > Cache wissen.

Kan niet meer inloggen op e mailadres?
Als u niet kunt inloggen, gaat u naar E-mailbeheer in uw One.com configuratiescherm om de volgende instellingen te controleren:
- Controleer of het e-mailadres is aangemaakt onder Accounts en niet als Alias.
- Controleer of het e-mailadres actief is.
- Wijzig het wachtwoord en probeer na 5 minuten opnieuw in te loggen.
