Hoe lang is advocaat ongeopend houdbaar?
Omdat advocaat rauwe eieren en maar 14 procent alcohol bevat, moet je dat voorzichtiger bewaren. Ongeopend is het drankje jaren houdbaar omdat in een dichte fles geen bacteriën kunnen groeien. Geopend moet advocaat in de koelkast en is dan officieel zes maanden houdbaar.
