Hoe lang kan je tramadol gebruiken?
Tabletten en capsules met gereguleerde afgifte (‘retard’ of ‘MGA’) werken 12 uur. De ‘once-daily’ tabletten werken 24 uur. Gebruik tramadol zolang u het nodig heeft en volgens een vast schema. Bijvoorbeeld om de 4 tot 6 uur (gewone capsules en tabletten), om de 12 uur (bij MGA of retard) of om de 24 uur (once-daily).
Is tramadol schadelijk voor de lever?
Bij orale inname werkt tramadol ongeveer na 1-2 uur, de werkingsduur is rond 4-8 uur. Tramadol wordt door de lever afgebroken en door de nieren uitgescheiden.
