Het spel wordt met één kaartdek gespeeld. Het doel van Klondike is om alle kaarten als echte families oplopend op de sorteerstapel te leggen. Dit gaat gemakkelijker wanneer alle kaarten met het plaatje omhoog op de speelstapels liggen.
Hoe moet ik Patience spelen?
Het spelverloop van Patience is als volgt:
- De kaarten worden goed geschud, heel goed.
- De 7 rijen kaarten worden op de juiste mnaier voor je gelegd.
- De resterende stapel kaarten (ook wel stock genoemd) leg je gesloten naast je.
- De onderste kaart van elke rij mag alvast opengedaaid / omgedraaid geplaatst worden.
