What happens to unused CenturyLink email?
Like many free web-based email services, unused CenturyLink email accounts are deactived after a certain amount of time. To keep your CenturyLink email active, be sure to log in at least once a year. Accounts with no activity for longer than a year will be deactivated and all contents deleted.
When will I receive my final payment from CenturyLink?
If all payments on final bills are made by the due date, then any credits or deposits that are owed to to you by CenturyLink will be sent via check. You can expect to receive a check in the mail 30-45 days after your closed account has held a zero balance. Ensure you have the most up to date mailing information on your account.

If you received a letter from CenturyLink notifying you of unclaimed funds, you can claim the payment by completing the information requested and mailing it back in the specified timeframe. It’s a good idea to make a copy of the form for your records before mailing it back to the address printed in the letter.
