Open your Steam game library to select the game you want to expand. From the center pane select ‘Find More DLC’ in Store. Buy the DLC you want from the Store page that opens. If you have followed the Download DLC in Steam Process properly then it should say Installed in the DLC pane.

What happened to the DLC Management Area in steam?

How do I access DLCs in the game?
Also just highlight the game and see them on the right scroll down a little. dlc tab in the games properties same as before.. not exactly.. before you could access them straight from the games list page without any further window navigation.. sooo not exactly the same as before..
