Is ghost of Tsushima better than Sekiro Shadows Die Twice?
The music is mind blowing good. The story is good. It has a longer journey with more gameplay hours in it than Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, resulting in better value for your gaming dollar. That is not to say that everyone will like Ghost of Tsushima more, because they won’t.
How realistic is the world of Sekiro?
Sekiro manages to weave historical context and supernatural elements together to surprisingly create a world that’s still rather realistic despite all of the magical elements. The world’s setting is brutal and horrific and the game easily shows this through enemy designs, the characters, and the boss fights.
Is Sekiro’s combat tailor made or organic?
If the game world of Sekiro being tailor made, instead of organic, is a negative when compared to Ghost of Tsushima, then the combat being tailor made is a positive. You want every house you walk into to feel alive and as if it’s important, just like you want every fight in the game to mean something.
How good is ghost of Tsushima’s combat system?
Ghost’s system is simpler and works beautifully as a result. Each of your four stances is tailored to one of four enemy types. All of your attacks are much more effective against a certain enemy if you’re in the proper stance. I actually prefer Ghost of Tsushima’s combat to Sekiro’s when it comes to dealing with crowds.
Is ghost of Tsushima’s combat good?
The combat of Ghost of Tsushima was outstanding…eventually, and was indeed one of the most pleasant surprises about the game for me. Not only was it much improved over games like Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, which plays in a similar manner, but it has a certain style that excites you in many more ways than you’d care to admit.
Is ghost of Tsushima worth playing in 2020?
It also embraces and utilizes stylized combat that makes many encounters memorable. You’re essentially playing an interactive action movie. Maybe Ghost of Tsushima will end up getting game of the year for 2020 like Sekiro did for 2019 at The Game Awards. Either way, we’re so glad this game exists.
