Is honing een dikmaker?
Er is weinig verschil met andere vormen van suiker, zoals kristalsuiker en rietsuiker. In je lichaam worden alle soorten suikers op dezelfde manier afgebroken en verteerd. Wel bevat honing iets meer water dan kristalsuiker. Hierdoor zit er per 100 gram iets minder calorieën in.
