Is shaymin in Explorers of Sky?
The Shaymin Village (Japanese: シェイミのさと Shaymin Village) is a village that is only available in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. There are only seven residents (six once the venture up Sky Peak is completed and a Shaymin is recruited) of Shaymin Village, all of which are Shaymin.
How do you get shaymin sky form in Explorers of Sky?
Beat the game and graduate from the guild. One of the post-story bits talks about Shaymin Village and you’ll be able to visit and climb the mountain there. Get to the top twice and Shaymin will join you (no fight).

I’d personally recommend either squirtle or turtwig as your main and an eevee as your partner. I recently played through sky the past couple days with Turtwig as my main and Eevee as my partner, and you have no idea just how useful linking helping hand and quick attack is.

In Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky, a Gracidea can be obtained once per day from one of the citizens of Shaymin Village after the player recruits one of them. The flower can only be used in a dungeon, and upon leaving the dungeon, Shaymin reverts back to the Land Forme.
How do I send sky gift?
Sky Gifts can be sent to Pokémon at Wigglytuff’s Guild and the player’s partner from Shaymin Village. The Pokémon will then send the player a letter of thanks, along with an item. The player is then able to pick the letter and item up at Spinda’s Café.

The Luminous Spring (Japanese: ひかりのいずみ Spring of Light) is a cave in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky where the player can evolve Pokémon.
Is skitty a good starter?
Since the Fire-type starters share the same weaknesses, Skitty is the best partner for them. On top of that, Skitty also has access to a wide range of moves like Ice Beam that cover Pokemon types that the Fire-type starters can’t hit as hard against.
