De energieprestatievergoeding (EPV) betaalt u aan de verhuurder als uw huurwoning zeer energiezuinig is. En heel veel energie opwekt. Hoe beter uw woning geïsoleerd is, hoe hoger de EPV mag zijn.
Hoe werkt de EPV?
De EPV is een regeling voor nul-op-de-meterwoningen in de sociale huur. Huurders van een NOM-woning hebben een zeer lage energierekening. Daartegenover betalen zij een vergoeding aan de woningcorporatie voor de extra energiemaatregelen die zijn getroffen. De EPV staat wettelijk los van de huur.
