Wat betekent loonbetaling?
Loon zijn betalingen en verstrekkingen waar de medewerker recht op heeft, dat dient als tegenprestatie voor het werk dat de medewerker verricht en waar de werkgever zorg voor moet dragen. Het loon wordt doorgaans in een arbeidsovereenkomst en cao bepaald.
Wat is loon belastingaangifte?
Als je in loondienst werkt of een uitkering krijgt, heb je een inkomen. Het bedrag waarover je mogelijk belasting terugkrijgt, is je fiscaal loon. Op je jaaropgaaf wordt dat ook wel ‘loon loonbelasting/volksverzekeringen’ genoemd.
Wat is genoten salaris?
Volgens de wet is loon genoten als het is ontvangen, verrekend, ter beschikking gesteld, rentedragend geworden, of vorderbaar en inbaar geworden.

Wat valt onder SV-loon?
Een uitkering wordt gebaseerd op het SV-loon. De betekenis van SV-loon is ‘Sociale Verzekeringsloon’; het loon dus waarover de premies op grond van de sociale verzekeringen worden berekend. De vaste onderdelen van het loon tellen mee; de eindejaarsuitkering, de 13de maand, het vakantiegeld en eventuele ploegentoeslag.
Wat valt onder belastingaangifte?
Elke maand betaalt u loonheffing en sociale premies over uw loon, uitkering of pensioen. Het jaar daarop doet u aangifte over het afgelopen jaar. Zo kan de Belastingdienst nagaan of het bedrag klopt dat u aan loonheffing en premies betaald heeft. Daarna wordt dit verrekend en krijgt u geld terug of moet u bijbetalen.
