Wat betekent smriti?
Smriti (Sanskriet: smṛti, devanagari: स्मृति, van smŗ, smarati, zich herinneren) zijn religieuze hindoegeschriften, waarvan wordt aangenomen dat ze op een goddelijke openbaring berusten, maar door mensen zijn gecomponeerd en doorverteld.
