Wat doet de Scapula?
De mens heeft twee schouderbladen, deze maken deel uit van de schoudergordel. Het schouderblad en de sleutelbeenderen (claviculae) zorgen ervoor dat de mens zijn armen bijna volledig kan roteren. Het schouderblad vormt met de bovenarm (humerus) het schoudergewricht (articulus humeri).

Bij deze oefening zit u rechtop met uw rug tegen de rugleuning van een stoel. Ontspan uw schouders. Trek vervolgens uw schouders tegelijkertijd op richting uw oren, laat uw armen ontspannen langs u lichaam hangen. Let op dat de beweging links en rechts zoveel mogelijk hetzelfde is.
