Wat is Muscovado Sugar in Nederlands?
Brown sugar of Moscovado is een suiker met melassestroop en is hier in Nederland nauwelijks te koop. Je kunt hiervoor rietsuiker nemen met een klein deel tafelstroop. Basterdsuiker trekt vocht aan en is daarom niet altijd geschikt als vervanger.
