What is the C-Gear in Pokemon Black and white?
The C-Gear (Japanese: Ｃギア C-Gear) is a device in the Generation V core series games that provides communication functionality. Fennel created the C-Gear in order to collate lots of different reports. In Pokémon Black and White, the player obtains it in Striaton City after assisting Fennel.
How do I get the C-Gear?
After getting your first gym badge, go to Fennel’s house to get your C-Gear. She will give you a task, and after you complete it, you will get the C-Gear. When you first receive the C-Gear, you will be asked if you want to turn on Wireless communications.
Why does the C-gear load when I turn the game on?
If the C-Gear was on upon a player’s last save, and the player turns the game on again with the C-Gear operating, the C-Gear will already be “on” once the game is accessed, as opposed to having the C-Gear “load” if the last save did not have the C-Gear active.
