What is Whispersync and how does it work?
Here’s how WhisperSync works. If you get both a Kindle version of a book and the Audible audiobook version of that book, your Amazon account will snyc the two of them together so that if you read 100 pages of the book on your Kindle, the next time you open up Audible, the audiobook version will be right where you left off.
How do I enable Whispersync for books on my Device?

If you are tired of reading the book, you can switch seamlessly between reading and listening with Whispersync for Voice. But firstly you should own a copy of a Kindle book and a copy of the same title as an audible audiobook (you can buy from amazon’s Kindle Books with Audible Narration page).
Is Whispersync cheaper than an audible credit?

How does Whispersync work with audibile books?
The way it works is that you first buy the Kindle book, and then for Whispersync enabled books you can add the Audibile audiobook to the purchase. Whispersync will then keep the audio version and the e-book version synced up. This works great as along as you listen to the book through an Audible app.
