Is slam worth using wow?
Slam can be very useful if used with a weapon with slow attack speed. it is actually more useful than heroic strike when timed correctly. Instead of waiting 3.4 seconds for another hit with that 2-hander, you can get another attack in 1.5 secs.

At some point I’m going to need to switch to proc to legitimately tank but I’m still riding out arms for the PvP benefits as long as I can.
