The Mime Materia is in a cave near Wutai that you can only access using a Green or Black chocobo. I suggest looking at the various answers/FAQs/board topics on breeding chocobos. There’s already a ton of information on how to do it, and the Green Chocobo is one of the easiest to get.

You can mime any action except other character’s limit breaks (although one character can mime his/her own limit break)

Where is the mime Materia cave in Wutai?
The Mime Materia Cave is located on the east side of the Wutai continent (which is the western-most continent). It is found in an area of the continent that can only be reached by crossing the mountains (which the Green, Black and Gold Chocobo can do). The reward is a Mime Materia.
How do you get master magic materia in FF14?
It can be obtained by taking any fully leveled/mastered materia to the Huge Materia at Cosmo Canyon and combine them. The player loses traded in mastered materia but they will gain the Master Magic materia which gives players access to all 21 magic spells in the game.
