Where to catch Porygon in Pokemon sword and Pokemon shield?

Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield ’s Isle of Armor DLC offer many old Pokemon returning to the Pokedex and many players’ parties. One of these Pokemon is Porygon and its evolutions Porygon2 and Porygon-Z.
