Download “Shift window” It make full screen maplestory into fullscreen windowed. It works with any other game aswell. You can’t resize the window to any size you want, but you can play in a window mode. I believe if you press control+enter it’ll go into window mode.

How do I make my character look fat in Maplestory?
There is a setting to makes Maple window stretch sideways. This will fill the screen but also make your character look fat of course. I might update you on exactly how to do this, later.
