Statistically viable and pretty fun imo. However, you don’t really have to “main” a spec in BFA. No artifacts. Also, a good rogue doesn’t “main” a spec at all.

Yes they are very strong at the moment, especially if you are into M+ dungeons. Doing well in M+ because of the cleave damage and interupt utility, along with shroud of course. It’s a good spec for levelling too, and does alright in world pvp. Ive been playing this spec back when it used to be called Combat Rogues.
